Making fast breakfast tastier.

Personally, I don't like fried just-eggs for breakfast as they are not very fulfilling and I often get disgusting burps from them.

The following recipe makes something that I remember eating even back when I was a little kid and I am sure many of you will be familiar with this food. ZofBread can function as a quickie breakfast or an evening snack.

Ingredients

  • 3 egs
  • 1/3 of a glass of milk
  • 4 slices of your favorite bread
  • 1 tea spoon of salt
  • Spices to taste

Preparation

Eggs, milk and dried parsley

Bread slice soaking in the egg mix

Break the eggs into the milk, add salt and your favorite spices; I chose parsley for this task. Mix everything up nicely with a fork.

Thoroughly soak each slice of bread in our mix and then fry them until the eggs are cooked. A properly soaked bread slice will be nearly breaking up when you lift it. Make sure to watch your frying pan, the "not so cooked" eggs can quickly turn into a smelly black burn.

TIP: after soaking last slice, simply place it into the frying pan and pour any leftover egg mix onto the slice.

Final Result

You can eat finished bread slices either by themseves or make a meaty sandwich...
