Shrimp beginning to cook
Seasoned chicken beginning to cook
Rice mix beginning to cook
Cooked chicken
Cooked eggs still in the rice mix
You'll need a deep frying pan and a cooking pot.
Fill the frying pan with water, place your chicken into it and add spices to taste, lemon, onions and browning sauce. Cook the chicken until it's ready on medium heat - we want all the spices and whatever else we added to get absorbed by the meat. When the water evaporates, fry the chicken for a bit, then add more water, and repeat this process until the chicken is fully cooked.
Cook shrimp in the cooking pot, along with salt and perhaps a few spices, add your sour cream or similar product. Boil until ready the shrimp is fully cooked. If you have already cooked shrimp, just marinate it in that mix for about 20-30 minutes.
Once the chicken is ready, take it out of the frying pan, but make sure to leave any liquid, fat, whatever else in the frying pan - this will give great taste to our rice.
Fill the frying pan with water again, add half a cup of rice and half a cup of chicken stuffing (or bread [crumbs] and spices). Cook this mix until the rice is ready. Make sure to stir often. If you need to add more water, use the one in which we cooked the shrimp.
When our rice mix is fully cooked but still has some of the water in it, break the eggs right on top of it, cover with a lid, and don't stir anything until the eggs are cooked. Take the eggs off the mix; it's OK if some whites get left behind in the mix. Mix the rice mix once more. It should have a bit of water in it, but not quite liquid.
