Recipe - Interspecies Erotica

Light and tasty meal.

While about to cook an ordinary chicken+something dinner, I reached into the freezer to check if I had any frozen vegetables left. To my surprise, there was a full bag of large Pacific shrimp. Since chicken was already unfrozen, I've decided to add a little twist to my dinner.

Note: for those who are wondering about the name, you should watch a movie called "Clerks 2"; it's great.

Ingredients

  • Eggs - have one egg per each person eating; I'll use three just for me.
  • Some chicken - I've used two legs and two wings.
  • 450g of shrimp - I've used large unpeeled Pacific shrimp, but this is up to you really. Use uncooked one, we'll cook it, as we need a specific flavor.
  • Half a cup of rice
  • Half a cup of chicken stuffing - I've used Uncle Ben's "Stuff'n'Such", I hope it isn't as lame as its name. In general, some bread with spices and some lemon would do too.
  • Some browning sauce
  • 4-5 table spoons of sour cream - I've used Kraft's "Caesar with Bacon" salad dressing.
  • Spices to taste - make sure these include some onions and lemon (even dried lemon bits or that fake lemon concentrate)

Preparation

Shrimp beginning to cook

Seasoned chicken beginning to cook

Rice mix beginning to cook

Cooked chicken

Cooked eggs still in the rice mix

You'll need a deep frying pan and a cooking pot.

Fill the frying pan with water, place your chicken into it and add spices to taste, lemon, onions and browning sauce. Cook the chicken until it's ready on medium heat - we want all the spices and whatever else we added to get absorbed by the meat. When the water evaporates, fry the chicken for a bit, then add more water, and repeat this process until the chicken is fully cooked.

Cook shrimp in the cooking pot, along with salt and perhaps a few spices, add your sour cream or similar product. Boil until ready the shrimp is fully cooked. If you have already cooked shrimp, just marinate it in that mix for about 20-30 minutes.

Once the chicken is ready, take it out of the frying pan, but make sure to leave any liquid, fat, whatever else in the frying pan - this will give great taste to our rice.

Fill the frying pan with water again, add half a cup of rice and half a cup of chicken stuffing (or bread [crumbs] and spices). Cook this mix until the rice is ready. Make sure to stir often. If you need to add more water, use the one in which we cooked the shrimp.

When our rice mix is fully cooked but still has some of the water in it, break the eggs right on top of it, cover with a lid, and don't stir anything until the eggs are cooked. Take the eggs off the mix; it's OK if some whites get left behind in the mix. Mix the rice mix once more. It should have a bit of water in it, but not quite liquid.

Final Product

Place eggs on a side of a plate, dump some rice mix in the center of a plate, place chicken and shrimp along the side of the plate - lay them out in a way that embraces interspecies erotica! :)

Here's my delicious dinner for tonight: Finished Interspecies Erotica
